Mountain Table is a small, small-batch roaster rooted in Renick, West Virginia. We focus on organically grown, fairly traded coffees and package every product in materials that are 100 percent compostable.

Responsible sourcing

We partner with Cafe Imports for our green beans. Since 2008, they have operated as a carbon-neutral company and are committed to environmental stewardship, social responsibility, and quality development at origin.

Choosing organically grown coffee helps reduce the impact of conventional farming on soil, water, and biodiversity. We also prioritize Fair Trade producers, so growers have a voice, fair wages, and safe working conditions that allow them to pass their craft to the next generation.

Women-led, women-supported

Mountain Table is 60 percent women owned and operated. Through our importer, we source from women coffee growers whenever possible. The network may be small, but our commitment is strong. As we grow, we aim to help their businesses grow too.

Compostable from bag to sticker

We work with Elevate Packaging for our bags and labels, giving you the assurance that every part of our packaging is fully compostable.

Built with care

We build our in-house displays from reclaimed wood to extend the life of materials and lessen our environmental footprint.
